Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Tester or sample fragrances (unless damaged or defective)
  • Clearance or Final Sale items
  • Gift Cards
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or customer negligence

🌸 Fragrance Notice

Fragrances are personal-use products and should be stored properly to maintain their quality.

Minor variations in fragrance color or packaging may occur due to manufacturer updates and do not indicate that the product is defective.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery before opening or using the product.

🔄 How to Request a Return

To request a return:

  1. Contact our customer support within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for the return
    • Clear photos of the item (if damaged, defective, or incorrect)
  3. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Please do not return any product without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

💳 Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.

📦 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Every fragrance is carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment. If your order arrives:

  • Defective
  • Incorrect
  • Missing items

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the shipping box
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

After reviewing your request, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • A full or partial refund
  • Store credit (where applicable)
  • Another appropriate resolution

🔁 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different fragrance, please return the eligible unopened item (if approved) and place a new order separately.

❌ Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed for shipment.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

📭 Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned because:

  • An incorrect shipping address was provided,
  • Delivery was refused,
  • The package was unclaimed,

any refund issued may be reduced by the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees incurred.
