📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your payment has been successfully received and verified.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

During holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If your order experiences a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

Black Canvas Scents currently ships within the United States only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Once your order has been processed:

Expedited Shipping (If Available)

  • 1–3 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on weather conditions, carrier operations, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

💲 Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Shipping destination
  • Shipping method selected
  • Package weight
  • Order value

From time to time, Black Canvas Scents may offer Free Shipping promotions on qualifying orders. Any applicable terms will be displayed during checkout.

📍 Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Black Canvas Scents is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses
  • Missing apartment or suite numbers
  • Invalid ZIP codes
  • Customer-provided address errors

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available through the shipping carrier.

📭 Lost, Stolen & Delivered Packages

If your package appears to be lost during transit, please contact our customer support team. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.

Once a package has been marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier, Black Canvas Scents is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages after delivery
  • Stolen packages
  • Deliveries made to an incorrect address provided by the customer

We recommend shipping to a secure location where someone is available to receive your package.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Every fragrance is carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment. However, if your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Leaking
  • Defective
  • Incorrect
  • Missing items

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the shipping box
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

After reviewing your request, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.

🌸 Fragrance Care During Shipping

To preserve the quality of your fragrance:

  • Store perfumes in a cool, dry place.
  • Avoid direct sunlight and excessive heat.
  • Keep bottles tightly closed when not in use.

If your fragrance has been exposed to extreme temperatures during shipping, allow it to return to room temperature before use.

❌ Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled or modified before they have been processed for shipment.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot:

  • Cancel the order
  • Change the shipping address
  • Modify the items purchased

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
